Keith Cecil
Keith Cecil

Keith has lived in Bargersville for 8 years with wife (Kara- lifelong resident) and 3 kids that attend center grove schools. Spent 12 years in higher education working in a variety of roles in intercollegiate athletics and campus recreation. In addition to the Parks Board, he also is on the Ambassador team with Aspire and a member of the Bargersville Rotary. He enjoys playing tennis, golf, and various outdoor activities. Term: Reappointed 2024 - 2027

Kelly McCarry
Kelly McCarry

Kelly and her family (husband, Gerard and son, Nicholas) have been residents of Bargersville for over 15 years. Kelly was born and raised on the Southside and graduated from Center Grove High School. Her Master’s degree is from Butler University in School Counseling. She is a former School Counselor at Center Grove schools, both Middle School North and Center Grove High School. After leaving the education world in 2022, Kelly now enjoys volunteering at Riley Hospital for Children, traveling often, reading and being on the Parks Board. Term: Reappointed 2025-2028
 
Mary Pack
Mary Pack

Mary has called Bargersville home for the past 9 years, where she lives with her husband, Brian. A licensed CPA, Mary currently works as a tax manager at MW Banks Consulting, a local firm. She first moved to the Southside in 2001 and has since developed a deep appreciation for the area's parks and outdoor activities. As the area continues to grow and thrive, Mary looks forward to playing an active role in contributing to the community's progress and success. Term: Appointed 2023 - 2026
 
Theresa Powell
Theresa Powell

Theresa Powell and her family have been residents of Bargersvilles for nearly 5 years. She holds a Finance Degree from the University of Dayton and has spent 15+ years in the Banking industry. She is currently VP of Financial Institution Sales for Atomic Finance. Her family also owns and operates a local landscaping company, Greenleaf Landscaping. She enjoys visiting many of the Bargersvills parks with her family, riding bikes, and walking with friends. As a mom of young children, she is glad she can contribute to decisions for the Town's parks and recreation facilities that her family and friends will enjoy for years to come. Term: Appointed July 2024 - December 2025
