Keith Cecil

Keith has lived in Bargersville for 8 years with wife (Kara- lifelong resident) and 3 kids that attend center grove schools. Spent 12 years in higher education working in a variety of roles in intercollegiate athletics and campus recreation. In addition to the Parks Board, he also is on the Ambassador team with Aspire and a member of the Bargersville Rotary. He enjoys playing tennis, golf, and various outdoor activities. Term: Reappointed 2024 - 2027

Mary Pack

Mary has called Bargersville home for the past 9 years, where she lives with her husband, Brian. A licensed CPA, Mary currently works as a tax manager at MW Banks Consulting, a local firm. She first moved to the Southside in 2001 and has since developed a deep appreciation for the area's parks and outdoor activities. As the area continues to grow and thrive, Mary looks forward to playing an active role in contributing to the community's progress and success. Term: Appointed 2023 - 2026

Jason Belk
Jason Belk

Term: Appointed 2026 - 2029. Jason has lived in Bargersville since 2020 with his wife, Abby, and their two children, who attend Center Grove Schools. He serves as the Corporate Director of Sales for Sprague Hotel Developers. Prior to his current role, Jason spent 10 years as a collegiate baseball coach and associate MLB scout at several institutions throughout the Midwest. Jason currently serves as President of Festival Country Indiana, the Johnson County Convention, Visitor and Tourism Board, and is an active member of seven Indiana Chambers of Commerce. He also serves on the Bargersville Parks Board, where he is passionate about supporting the town’s continued growth and expanding opportunities for residents and families. Jason’s goal is to help position Bargersville as a place people choose to live, work, and play.

Hannah Boling

Hannah grew up in Center Grove and recently moved back to the Southside, settling in Bargersville with her husband, Mason, and their two young children. She has eight years of experience in education, having worked in Admissions and as a Parent Liaison, where she built strong relationships with families and supported students throughout their academic journey. The growth in Bargersville, along with its strong sense of community, local events, and outdoor recreational offerings, are what drew her back to the area. Hannah is excited to get involved and help foster a community where families from all walks of life feel connected and supported. Term: Appointed 2025 - 2028
